Wailing and wind

This jowly cat and its jowly mate (or offspring) of very similar markings has been prowling and yowling around our house and garden for the last month or so. Full in face and with a normal length cat tail(ringed) , they royally recline in sunny spots in the garden and if we leave the cushions down, rest for several hours on the deck chairs through the night. 
I wonder if anyone in Blipland knows what breed it is...?
On the wind front , this long view from our western facing boundary shows the range of hills near Raglan and the wind power turbines.
