Classic car show

Had a good long sleep after last night and awoke to the a bright blue sunny sky. For a moment I thought I had been hibernating and it was now summer.

We went out for a walk to see the traditional gathering of classic cars along the normally busy A30 at the Phoenix Inn. There were all sorts of cars and trucks, new, old and very old. A fine photo opportunity. I particularly liked this one as it seems to sum up the spirit of the event.

Back home now for New Year's Day Armenian dinner, prepared by Mrs H, followed by an earlyish night before I go back to work tomorrow.
