or Painted Lady. I had seen a huge Budleia tree some streets lower than ours. I thought I could perhaps find a Swallowtail butterfly on the flowers and walked to it. But there were none. I made a little detour and admired beautiful gardens on my walk. When I came upon a little wild flower field I saw several butterflies, the pretty yellow ones and the Painted Ladies.
I make it my entry for the Tiny Tuesday Challenge, so beautifully hosted by osuzanna. In the extras a yellow butterfly.
The weather was all day very hot, so nice the summer has at last arrived.
