Under the parasol.

Two family Birthdays in recent days; our oldest son’s fiancée’s one was on Sunday and our younger son’s one yesterday.... so we’d a family BBQ; it was warm, and the parasol was needed.

My wife was busy in the kitchen finishing off a cake when this photo sort of happened; it’s me and “our boys.” They’re great young Scots, and to us.

The BBQ was well received - nothing fancy, good quality standard fare. Actually come to think of it there was “fancy” - the lovely home made Scottish strawberries and cream birthday cake mentioned above!

It was nice to here of a recent trip to Uist and Barra, and see photos and drone film footage.
