Meat fest

It was a glorious day in London and we went to Gloria’s for a BBQ. Where else would you east so much meat in one meal? As R is a “sort of” vegetarian, she likes pancetta and carpaccio, I make the most of eating meat when it’s offered. We also had an interesting cheeseboard to follow that included brown cheese, Brunost from Norway. Once you got your head around the colour and texture it was quite nice.
We also put our heads together to think how to raise £500k for the house round the corner. It’s amazing how inventive you can be after a selection of beer and Pimms.
Back to work tomorrow, maybe I could ask for a pay rise.
