Condensed Milk Rusk

1st attempt at making Rusks. I had to improvise when the recipe I followed resulted in an extremely runny dough mixture. Time will tell if I managed to get it right. If not, I'll have to make a retreat to the local South African shop near my office and buy over priced Ouma Rusks.
