Lynne & Ivor

Well I'm off Big Hill .... I arrived in Toronto today and had a great visit with Lynne (aka Moments) and Ivor .... we headed to our favorite Indian place up on the Danforth, Sheri Punjab....the food is just fabulous.   Lynne and I have been coming to this place since around 1977 we figure....we shared a house back then, close by here, and the local laundry mat was next door.   we would put our laundry on, go eat, put the cloths into the dryer, continue eating and chatting...then back home.  it was always such a pleasure doing the laundry back then!!!

As we left and began walking home, there in the crowd was the face of a man i've known for over 30 years!   David Willis and I used to do the craft fair circuit many years ago, he made amazing clothing.....anyway, haven't seen him for probably 10 years so i was totally jumping up and down as i called out his name....we hugged, and laughed and it so wonderful to see him.   Such a random thing, a few million folks in Toronto, and i'm here for 1 night and bam.....too cool!
