Deadhead

By heck it's a bit warm out there. Went into the garden, took one photo, went back into the house, and I'm sweating buckets.

I WAS going to deadhead the dahlias, but it's too hot.

I have a love/hate relationship with deadheading. I hate it because another flower has gone, but I love it because it causes the plant to sprout more buds.
