Walking with Pals

That was some lightning and thunderstorm last night!

I had a recorder lesson first thing in Saltaire and felt much more confident with my playing.  Let's hope this is the shape of things to come. 

Afterwards I met with pals Helen and Verity and we took a walk up to Shipley Glen, enjoying the cover of the trees from the heat to begin with and then the cool breeze as we returned across the top of the Glen, stopping for an ice cream and to enjoy the view.  Lots of catching up!

Back in Saltaire we lunched at Sir Titus before heading home to relax awhile.
