Horchata for breakfast - a perfectly good idea whatever your guidebook might say. Particularly if you team it with churros and chocolate. We made the most of our last morning in Spain with a pleasant stroll, a fairly scary climb up an old tower (free entry on Saturdays) and a last cafe con leche in the shade. Then we spent far too long on the tarmac at Valencia airport - at least it was a bit smoother at this end...
