Beauty and the beast

The beast is in Downing Street.

But the beauty was on the teatime dog walk. A giant red velvet mite, two common blue butterflies mating (when they open their wings they are such a beautiful fresh sky blue) and for the first time ever as I was lethargically passing by in this crazy heat, one of the resident moles did some home adjustments right in front of me.

Long live the beauty, down with the beast and here's to an independent Scotland with strong conservation and environmental protection.
