Pineapple Cheesecake

Well the sun shone today on the 1st day of the year and I'm hoping that's a sign for the rest of the year.

Today I decided to do some baking and made a pineapple cheesecake and some granary bread. You'd think we'd eaten enough chocolates and cake for Christmas, but the cheesecake seems to be a new year thing. Possibly cause it's soft and gooey you can pretend it is less fattening than Christmas Cake.

The cheesecake didn't make the blip as it was chilling. It may make tomorrow's if there is any left :)
