Start a new day and I need a lot of charge!!:-) The coffee break is a sacred moment for me. It is important to take a break so as not to think about anything. We are always connected and engaged in thinking about or reflecting on something. Next time you take a coffee break, try to focus only on the taste of what you are drinking. ;-)
