Intrepid Hero's....

Not Many braved the sea today in Eastbourne, but for the few there was a good crowd to see them get in and quickly get out, but all in a worthy cause.

We ambled down to the bandstand for a free concert of Jazz and mixture of Rock and pop, but it was entertaining for an hour.

We then made our way back to the hotel and a light lunch of wild mushroom soup and a roll.

Today has been a better day for me and only one lot of pain killers but I had to have a rest in the afternoon as I was all Pooped out.

Last full day in Eastbourne before heading back home tomorrow.

Thanks for everyone's well wishes, I will be back to normal service from tomorrow.
