Elderflower Cider at the Roseleaf

There really was no other option after a New Year's Day stroll along the Water of Leith. And after several days of severe man-flu cancelled my Hogmanay this was about as close to Lemsip as I could risk in public. Fitting that the first tipple of 2013 was something completely different, hopefully a pointer to the year ahead. More of the same won't do! Slightly dry, but wonderfully warming and the spices didn't prevent it from slipping down very smoothly indeed. New Year's Resolution: spend more time in the Roseleaf!
