Curlew at Brodgar

Sunny and very warm out there today. A walk up to the dig at the Ness of Brodgar and around the RSPB reserve. The sun brought out butterflies- 25+ meadow brown, 12+ common blue, 2 red admiral, 1 painted lady and also a garden tiger moth walking on the grass of the path, though I think it was looking for shade, not sunshine.
