Where's the way out?

I was busy in the kitchen when two butterflies flew in and darted madly around. One was a red admiral which I'd seen in the garden before but this was a new find. A Comma maybe? - a little worse for wear I think but I'm not surpirsed if it keeps flying into people's kitchen windows. Both were safely returned outside.
