Predicted to be the hottest day of the year today, and it was. The temperature in the office was 27C at 8am yippee. 
Thankfully it was an afternoon out of the sweatbox/ office. Over in North Wales it poured down with heavy rain at one point, it was lovely to breathe slightly cooler fresh air for the first time this week. After a final meeting in Warrington it was back home in time to retreat to the air conditioned pub (aircon that actually does what its supposed to, unlike the office). 
We may have stayed slightly longer than intended.
