Hibiscus.

     I thought I'd better make an appearance, but I have been very unwell this past week or so. I have a flare up of the Crohns I have and been in a lot of pain and discomfort. I am now undergoing several tests so 'they' at the hospital can alter the medication I am on to calm it all down again. 
     
     This heatwave, although nothing to do with this, has made it all the more uncomfortable, but at least the temperatures are now beginning to drop.
