Strawberry Ice Cream

Thirty something years ago when my kids were little I bought an ice-cream machine.
A couple of years ago it stopped working so I decided to treat myself to a new one. After all, I do have grandchildren. (And it's also useful for dinner parties, not that I have so many of those).
Being winter I have only used it twice so far, but when strawberries were on special today it seemed a good opportunity.
It was delicious :-)
