Mimi’s New Coat

We had another visit again today from Mimi. Mimi’s mum is one of the Carer’s who call in around 9.00am each morning to help CCN get ready for the day. We really enjoy this little one visiting and today she was very proudly sporting a brand new coat. She was feeling very pleased with herself.

The electrician came today and now that he has done his part of the bathroom renovation we are all set for the carpet to be laid (with underfloor heating pads). All that will be required this is for the new beds to arrive and we will be able to move into the Waratah Room as our permanent bedroom. It is going to make life a whole lot easier and I just can’t wait. I think it’s going to make the world of difference for my wonderful friend.

The fire was lit quite early this afternoon. After a glorious spring like day yesterday, it turned again today and we were very grateful to have the fire on tonight. It will be another weekend of golf as the fourth major for the year in the lpga is being played at Evian in France. Fortunately it won’t be an all nighter again :)
