Sunrise Morecambe Bay

An early start for us this morning as Santana was due to have a cystoscopy at Lancaster General Infirmary and his appointment was at 0730.

The procedure went to plan and fortunately the results were benign. So relieved.

Home via Harry's Bar for a late celebratory lunch in Low Newton and then feet up as we are both feeling a heady mix of relief and exhaustion.

NHS were brilliant.
