Troops

These are my very photogenic friends, looking their best before a heavy night of eating, drinking and welcoming in 2013.

We went to second from the left and far right's for what was definitely the most delicious meal I have eaten out of a restaurant all year, maybe ever, and it takes on a majority of restaurant meals too. An exquisite beef wellington with roast spuds and a variety of vegetables.

After dinner, we traipsed up (and slid partly back down) Corstorphine Hill to watch the fireworks and celebrate 'The Bells'.

The rest of the evening is a bit of a blur, but I remember it was fun...
