Coors Brewery Tour

We are in the land of Coors beer and thought it would be a shame not to take the brewery tour offered at the plant in Golden, CO. Coors has been brewed even longer than the beer produced at our previous tour stop in 2016. Even though beer has been brewed here since 1873, the site itself was not near as interesting as in St. Louis. No historic buildings, no palatial grounds, and no Clydesdales. Lots of history, however, including how the Adolph Coors Company survived the prohibition years. A positive note was the three samples provided on this tour, one more than at Budweiser.
