Im. took me to see Dunajska Kapelye ("The Danube Band") at Green Note in Camden; she's keen on Eastern European culture, and Dunajska Kapelye took us on musical travels, playing and singing folk music from all along the banks of the Danube, including music of Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, and former Yugoslavian origins.
My blip pic. is the band leader and virtuoso violinist Piotr Jordan... It was a lively and enjoyable concert in a characterful little venue.
