I sent for these booklets on Wednesday when I got back from the hospital
How speedy is that they arrived this morning
Food for thought
I will read them over the weekend and see how I can help myself
Woke up feeling depressed again
It's difficult when the first thing in your day is coughing and gasping for air
But I can do nothing about that at the moment just take the new inhalers and read up to see what I can do for myself
