A Slice of Baguio

Passed by this while walking up to Mine's View,
a famous tourist spot here. On a clear day, 5am sunrises there look post card perfect. Today however was overcast and damp.

Inquired regarding a college course at one of the local Universities. 13 years ago I got a Political Science degree but I have never had a job related  to it. Was told that based on my transcript and work experience, I still need to complete another four year track of schooling to get the degree I am interested in.
