Recovery

Spent the day in Perth at a conference for the Scottish Recovery Network who investigate, promote and support recovery from long-term mental health problems in Scotland.

It was an excellent conference, and the venue (Perth Concert Hall) was lovely.

Back home, quick swim and then out to the pub quiz for a disappointing performance.
