No head

Poured my first beer from a can and got no head - much easier to pour than the bottle!

Made it to the gym - thankfully the tape on my leg stopped me from doing the squats deep enough to aggravate the tendon tear again! And it survived the sauna this week!

Back to business gateway this afternoon for a course this time - then home to go set up google analytics - this might take a bit of playing with to go get the hang of!!!
