You are lucky people

It could have been so much worse, I took near on a thousand photos of myself in Specsavers this afternoon to get Daisy and Jay’s opinion (Will was out, caring for the just out of hospital but better now LB) on new glasses. Never mind the glasses, my face looked horrific and ridiculous. It was all in not a self- image positive trip as I also failed to get holiday tops and swimsuit, I shall save my money, tape up my current glasses and continue to wear my horrible clothes.

Also today, both my and Daisy’s cars need to go to the garage for tyre related issues and Rosie had a haircut. A fine steak dinner where Daisy walked us through her new “oldies” playlist and I established that Yotam’s stuffed courgettes take considerably longer than his advised 15 minutes to cook. I’m currently at 30 minutes and they are still crunchy.
