Basilique Notre-Dame de Fin des Terres

I went to mass this morning in this fine mediaeval church in Soulac which was rescued from the sands a century or so ago and returned to its original purpose. The acoustics are amazing and a large turn out of worshippers made it a memorable experience. A chilled glass of Chablis in one of Soulac's many café's afterwards made the day.
