Happy New Year A'body!

I had a smashing night for Hogmanay with P and her pals. Some new but friendly faces to see in the new year and a good time was had by all.

Today I felt surprisingly fresh which was an unexpected bonus. So with it being the 1st January it was the village of Cairnbulg's turn to host a temperance walk. G was playing the flute and Mac was walking with a school friend. P and I went out to watch. It was bitterly cold and there were a few people from last night that perhaps would of preferred to be still tucked up in bed. A good turn out though.

Tomorrow will the Ps home village of St Combs turn for a temperance walk. It will be my first walk. Apparently the rule is if you don't walk you don't get your dinner!

Hope 2013 is happy and prosperous for you all.
