Cycle ride

It was raining this morning but we thought we would just do the ride we planned to do anyway, and so pleased we did. Felt very pleased with achieving 24 miles, and some of it a bit hilly, when we have only cycled round town in the last year.
We were very wet when we got back and now I am starting to ache a bit, but feeling really good.
The church and village were covered in water when the reservoir was created and now this is all that can be seen.
Home tomorrow morning and a long list of jobs to do.
It has been refreshing getting away for a few days.
