Well done Arnie

He was up at sparrows to take part in the annual Walk the Talk with his chosen distance being the 25km walk.

Me on the other hand went back to the land of nod completing a full 12 hour snooze which was just what I needed.

Arnie’s choice for lunch was Schwabinger. The service was not great but the food was good and Arnie’s Guinness went down a treat.

Now he just needs to let a blister heal.
