We went out with my brother, in his boat, from Helmsdale harbour. First time the boys have gone fishing & they really enjoyed it - I think the total was a dozen mackerel! D got seasick after a wee while so we had to cut it a bit short - it was very choppy sea - the rest of us were fine.
J got to 'drive' the boat back to harbour :)
I cooked 2 of the fish when we got home, gave the rest (we got half the catch) to sis D who I got to chop off heads & tails - bro gutted them while still on the boat - as I was squeamish. We all tasted it except S, very tasty & esp Js enjoyed it.
