Out for a walk

Had no energy today and felt sleepy so went out for a walk to try and wake up.
Walked along the track in Avoch. Quite a few butterflies around including meadow brown, red admiral and quite a few painted ladies.
By the sounds of it there are rather a few around this year .
Enjoyed watching the cows watching us :)
Was hoping it might have cooled down a lot but it still feels hot and humid especially when the sun is out.It’s been really hazy too so no chance of a good landscape shot.
Enjoying watching Countryfile tonight.
