Mixed Spice......

We had lunch with Jo and Ric today and it's lovely to see her looking so fit and well again. 

It's been another day of full on rain and my blip today reflects that in that it's lacking in inspiration.  Today rather than a blip from the drink's cupboard it's a blip from the kitchen cupboard, but I'm hoping that tomorrow there'll be at least a small window of opportunity to go out walking and take more interesting photos.
