Flower of Scotland

MrsT and I went for an early morning run (just short of 6km) as L was on a sleepover with a school friend.

We then dropped L off at gymnastics then went for our Sunday afternoon badminton session before returning home to sort through clothes from the attic.

We’ve been going through L’s baby / early years clothes and keeping the sentimental outfits and bagging the others for charity.

Nice wee trip down memory lane.

The BiL came to visit with 3 nieces and they are carnage with a capital C.

After dinner I headed out for a weights session at the gym.

Plenty of thistles out this time of year.
