Perennial Lobelia

I'm very proud to say that Kippax was awarded the Tour de Yorkshire best dressed village for the second year running and not only that our butcher Paul Flintoft was voted Spirit of the Tour and he deserved it, he was out at daybreak on the morning of the race hanging up more flags and balloons, plus he had worked hard organising the event, gathering bikes and having them painted yellow etc

Today we started to renew the roofing felt on the shed. Got it all off then covered it with the car cover because it started raining. Hopefully if the forecast is correct we can finish it tomorrow.

I also managed a bit of gardening early on.
