3 dog night = 6 twist day

The band Three Dog Night got their name from an Australian Aboriginal custom of sleeping with dogs on cold night. The term "three dog night" described a very cold night; one that would require three dogs to keep warm.

The riding translation of this cold has the heated grips on their highest setting of six. New Year's Day 2013, at right around freezing, is a six twist day.
