A PECULIAR SUNFLOWER

I did not plant the seed and presume it came out of a near by bird feeder.

The odd thing though instead of one single bloom, as you can see it has multiples.

Took Matthew out for coffee and cake at the expensive garden centre but he likes it.  But first we had to go and watch the trains on a bridge at Creech St Michael.  Oscar had never seen one before but joined in the fun once I picked him up to look.

The sky is darkening as I type!!  Are we going to have some rain at last.

All day I have been repairing a wicker chair so hope I can now get some cash to spend when Matthew comes again on Thursday.
