for an Unusual Sight

Although I have a lifetime acquaintance with post boxes, I have never seen one having a facelift.  

This one is entitled "VR" and so may possibly have been around for one hundred and fifty years or more.

Of course there  the lovely humour of the inscription upon the man's high visibility jacket....
