From ocean to lakeside

Give me water in any shape or form and I'll be happy!

We left NYC yesterday to come up to Jim and Susan's lakeside cottage in the Berkshires. Call it a cottage! It's a beautiful, large and welcoming home looking out over a beautiful expanse of water. The trip up here was a bit gruelling, it should have taken 2.5 hours, but with the rain and our time of departure it stretched to 4 hours. We had dinner at the Knox Trail Inn, where believe it or not, we ate pretty good pizza, and had an early night.
