Going High

No one visiting Manchester can miss.the cluster of very tall residential towers under construction to the south of the city centre. It’s branded “ Deansgate Square”, and the tallest tower is now the highest structure in Greater Manchester, visible from miles away. The cluster is due to get bigger.

It’s certainly impressive, and has impact. Living here though you’ll need a head for heights. It’s not my “cup of tea” as a place to live, but then I’m not a young professional, which is I assume the target market.

The sun came out today, and it felt warm, Flood alerts out for the next two days. Who knows ? It’s YoYo weather.
