Rant time. Why do people do this? There’s another bin less than 100m away and it’s half empty. So yes, it’s good that you picked up your dog’s poo and bagged it. And then you couldn’t walk another 100m with it? It’s like the little bags carefully tied and then chucked into a bush, or dangling from a tree or simply left on the grass. ‘I’ll pick it up on my way back’. Yeah, right.
