Woke feeling better than I thought I would :-)) in fact we were all looking remarkably fresh.

Bacon rolls and coffee helped (or tea if you’re me. Always tea with bacon. Coffee is wrong.) before Gail and LeeAnne headed off.

I spent the afternoon painting and just as my energy flagged David produced some left over brownie, strawberries, raspberries and Greek Yogurt. See. This is why I keep him.

Chinese for dinner and a snooze in front of the telly. A perfect Sunday :-))
