Blinded By the Light

Started the day with a very pleasant 23 mile cycle ride around the villages of East Lothian.   This is the longest cycle I have managed in a long time as my energy levels are pretty low.   Helped by low humidity and almost low wind - a rarity in these parts.  

In the evening went to see Blinded By the Light - feel good movie about aN Asian boy obsession with Bruce Springsteen.  I was very keen on him in the    early 80's and saw him at the Playhouse Theatre in 1980 on the River tour.    I had a smile on my face and shed a few tears - not sure that the film will appeal to everyone (like the Boss) but it hit my sweet spot.  P enjoyed it as well although he didn't know all the songs.
