Petal detail

We finally had some rain both in the night and then intermittent downpours during the day.  On one of these occasions I was in my swimsuit heading through the outdoor path to the enclosed swimming pool, not sure why I was clutching my towel.  Anyway it was a very different environment for the water fitness class with water streaming through the open windows into the pool area.  I have always liked swimming when it is raining so I was quite happy with it.  Then followed a Pilates class after which I headed home to relax.  It would have been good to have visited the allotment but I had had enough exercise for today.  So todays blip is a macro shot of a rose from the bunch flowers I was given over the weekend.
