Bujaruelo

We hadn't been to Bujaruelo for a few years but needless to say it was just as beautiful as ever, we decided to repeat a walk we did about 3 years ago but go on a little further.

After coffee at the Refugio we set off along the ornithological trail and then up the long climb alongside the Rio Ara until popping out by a small refuge. We carried on further until we reached a prominent bit of rock where the view of Vignemale was fabulous and the fabulous flora was alive with buzzing creatures. Due to our usual slackness in getting out most people had gone from here by the time we started descending but that was great as well as we got a great view of a marmot on the way down.
