Chocolate Marquise

Mmmm chocolate. What a perfect last thing to eat in 2012!

I travelled from Glasgow to Manchester on Hogmanay to spend the evening with my friend Katherine. We've seen the last several new years in together, in various ways. This year, we just stayed in her flat with some delicious food she had made (including the amazing dessert pictured) and a bottle of 50% strength gin. Nice!
